• Photographs, Screenshots and Images. All images displayed on this site are either the sole property of Oasis CosMedic Clinic or are displayed within the provisions of our license agreement with stock photography vendor. All licensed photos have been credited within the photo rollover text. Users of the Oasis CosMedic Clinic web site are prohibited from downloading any images from this site for other than personal use, and may not republish, retransmit, reproduce or otherwise use any of the images, screenshots or photos contained herein.
• Miscellaneous. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions.
